Inside Henley Décor Fair 2020

It has evolved into one of the country’s favourite antique, retro, reclaim and vintage events, Henley Décor Fair 2020 (previously Fawley Decorative Fair), is coming to Henley-on-Thames this year and will be held at Greenlands Park, Fawley, Henley on Thames from 11-13 September 2020.

There will be over 200 elite interior, exterior, decorative dealers and experts exhibiting and offering their wares along with advice on Antiques, Vintage Fashion, Salvage & Architectural, and Reclamation.

Organized by reality UKTV star, Gary Wallis, who features in a new series “Restoration Workshop” which has been commissioned by UKTV and set to air in the UK later this year. The series sees antiques dealer, Gary and his skilled team of fixer-uppers turn tired, unloved antiques and objects into bespoke items for the high-end interiors market.

For those who have their own antiques at home, this may pique their interest in seeing what their items/estate may have of value. There are Milwaukee Estate Sale Services as well as other local-based estate sale services, that can help people who want to sell off or auction their items which may be of value to collectors like Wallis and others who are interested. This can be decided with a consultation, and who knows, an item could end up on TV.

Live music will be playing throughout the weekend, with local chef Paul Clerehugh of The Crooked Billet Restaurant providing a Gastronomic experience along with the Vintage Tearoom, Street Food, FrenchCafe, Jessica Prosecco & Strawberries & cream. A river taxi service will also be available and dogs are welcome too.

Tickets for trade and the public are on sale now at www.henleydecorfair.com

Gary Wallis, a celebrity Antiques Dealer, with over 30 years in the trade comments; ” I am delighted to organise this event again and bring to Henley a vast array of antiques and stunning works of art from local and international dealers and experts. It’s a unique event with a festival feel, that celebrates the antique decorative world for everyone’s home and garden. Also, it’s an interior decorators playground and sourcing point, for the amazing, unusual and the bizarre.”
