Live well at Tipi with Wembley Park’s expanding fitness facilities

‘Twas the season of mince pies, brandy butter and bubbly, but that doesn’t mean that staying healthy had to go out of the window. In fact, for Londoners living at lifestyle-led rental homes company Tipi in Wembley Park, keeping fit has never been easier.
As a result of its ongoing conversations with residents, the innovative company has delivered a range of wellness activities and facilities to enjoy. Tipi’s Ferrum building, for example, includes a spacious, functional training gym that is not only packed with top of the range cardio kit but also features boxing bags, a tyre flip, a climbing wall and free-weights.
Tipi’s Landsby building, which features superb roof terraces complete with seating and BBQ areas, hosted free Pilates sessions over the summer. Neighbouring Alto, which also provides a gym for residents’ exclusive use, hosted a series of rooftop yoga classes followed by a healthy plant-based brunch over the summer months.
Each Tipi building has its own unique vibe. Alto is the home of contemporary chic, Landsby has a relaxed, Scandi-led design, and Ferrum evokes a New York warehouse feel, complete with exposed copper pipework and brick. Furnishings are co-curated with John Lewis & Partners, while a partnership with Samsung means residents benefit from state-of-the-art appliances. Whilst each Tipi building has its own distinct identity, key social events are open to residents in any of the Tipi homes across Wembley Park.
