National property management awards name Harrow based accountants RDP Newmans as finalists

Harrow-based accountants, RDP Newmans, is celebrating its shortlisting at this year’s ARMA ACE Awards for its work as service charge accountants.

The annual awards, run by national trade body ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents), recognise those firms offering exceptional services to the managed property sector.

Judges at this year’s awards have selected RDP Newmans and its Partner David Finn for an award based on their growth in the sector and the high regard in which they are held by property management companies.

Through their service charge accounting service and membership of ARMA, the firm assists a wide range of property agents with their specialist accounting needs by calling on more than 50 years of experience in the sector.

Speaking about their selection for the shortlist, David Finn said: “We are very excited to be finalists at this year’s awards. This is one of the highest honours within this industry and so to even be recognised as a finalist is a real win.

“Our team work extremely hard to assist clients in an efficient, friendly and cost-effective manner, which is why we have enjoyed significant growth in this area of our practice. We can’t wait to find out if we have won later this year.”

The firm will find out if it has been successful at a glamorous awards dinner due to take place on Friday 5July at the Tobacco Dock in London.
