Shopping and Chakras: Calm amid the chaos this Christmas in Soho

The Christmas shopping season has officially begun in London, which brings the relentless barging for bargains, hordes of crazy consumerist crowds and serious cases of stress-related spending.

In keeping with the spirit of giving back, it is the season of goodwill after all, on the 8th of December MoreYoga is holding two events in the name of charity at their newly opened Soho studio.

Firstly from 1-4pm choose to join fellow yogis in a festive flow to restore yoga class, therapeutic reflection-based workshop and soothing sound bath whilst raising money for charity SkyWay who support vulnerable young people aged 8 to 25.

Or from 4.30-5.30pm, find your calm with an hour’s yoga and meditation in a ‘pay what you can’ donation class with all funds going directly to Soho-based youth homeless charity, Centrepoint.

Both classes are open to all and are an opportunity to devote energy and good intentions to those who need it most at this time of year.
