1 Hotel Mayfair, the brand’s UK and European flagship, set to open on the 13th of July 2023, today hosted a guided meditation session in Grosvenor Square in partnership with Bamford Wellness Spa. Inviting team members and the local community to start the longest day of the year the 1 Way, the morning meditation session, hosted by Dipa Trivedi, a yoga, pilates and meditation teacher with over 15 years trained experience, was a moment to show gratitude and connect with nature.

Amassing a total of more than 50 attendees including team members, local businesses, neighbouring residents and 1 Hotel brand-fans, the communal meditation session marks just three weeks until the highly anticipated hotel opening. Mindful movement and meditation, Dipa’s session was a slow yoga flow with breathwork techniques aimed for a deeper release and alignment as Londoner’s embraced the longest day of the year.

Located on Berkeley Street, overlooking Green Park, the property will be London’s very first mission-driven sustainable luxury hotel, setting the standard for a new kind of luxury experience that positively impacts the planet. The nine-story hotel will house 181 guest rooms and suites, Dovetale restaurant by two Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers, Neighbours coffee shop and Dover Yard, the hotel’s signature bar. Under the helm of General Manager Francois-Xavier Schoeffer, the property will also feature a bespoke fitness centre and Bamford Wellness Spa.
