Filming starts for Sky TV show ‘Spotting London’s Supercars’

FILMING has begun on capital-based TV documentary ‘Spotting London’s Supercars’ – a one-off special for Sky, Freesat and Connected Freeview.

The hour-long factual reality show explores London’s ‘Car-Parazzi’, a new breed of paparazzi photographers snapping the rich and famous.

They’re not bothered about celebrities, just the cars they’re driving… and competition is fierce, with new photographers popping up every day.

Directed by entrepreneur Harry Rutter, the show will air on Sky channel 365, Freesat channel 516 and Connected Freeview channel 246 this summer.

Harry said: “We’ve finally been allowed to start filming with support from the Government and advice from the British Film Institute.

“Following strict guidelines, filming can continue as per advice we’ve received from the Department of Health and the Department for Digital, Culture Media and Sport.”

Spotting London’s Supercars not only follows the city’s supercar spotters, but meets the owners of the exotic rides worth hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Harry added: “The cars we have booked for filming are on another level, there are some parts of the show I’m still pinching myself about.

“We’ve created a ‘work bubble’ to allow us to follow a select amount of people throughout the year who make up the programme.”
