B&Q is offering its customers in Tooting and Wandsworth 15% off everything in store from today, to celebrate the opening of its two new stores in in the Borough.

The deal will run from 7th-17th May for customers to redeem in each of the stores. Customers in the area will have received their discount voucher through the post, but they can also ask in store. The discount vouchers can only be used in the new stores and are not valid in any other B&Q locations.

The deal comes as B&Q opened the doors to its two new smaller format stores in Wandsworth and Tooting last week, making it easier for customers to conveniently access a broader range of products quickly and efficiently.

Jo Shanks, B&Q Regional Manager, said: “We cannot wait to welcome the people of South-West London into our brand-new express stores and treat them to our 15% off deal to celebrate these fantastic new openings. We’re looking forward to offering DIY help and advice as well as inspiration to anyone who needs it!”

The Wandsworth store boasts a mezzanine showroom and B&Q’s unique Design Studio, allowing customers to design their own dream home spaces with in-house experts. Tooting will offer convenient DIY products that customers use most, as well as a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom planning studio. Both stores offer a range of paint as well as tools, hardware and other DIY essentials across décor, electrical, plumbing and cleaning.

The news stores are open 7 days a week: Monday-Saturday 7am-8pm, and on Sunday 10am-4pm.

Similar to shopping at other essential retailers, B&Q is limiting the number of customers in the stores at any one time and has strict social distancing measures in place. These include sanitiser stations and two metre markers on the floor, as well as perspex screens and contactless payments at checkouts.
