art-K adds a splash of colour to London’s Bowes Park
art-K, the leading provider of educational art classes in high street studios across the UK, is adding a ‘splash of colour’ to London through the opening of a new art class in Bowes Park taught by colour specialist Elisha Keyworth.
Elisha will be providing art lessons to children aged between 6 to 16. She is a graduate of the Brighton School of Art and has extensive experience in utilising colour effectively for 2D and 3D artworks. She also studied an MA in Art & Design in education at UCL and is dedicated to ensuring that children feel encouraged to pursue art in a safe and motivating environment.
The art-K centre in Bowes Park is offering classes in various styles and mediums throughout the weekdays and weekends. It is also running daytime classes throughout the summer holidays, a significant benefit for families seeking activities for their children during this year of the staycation.
art-K Art Leader Elisha, said “We can’t wait to welcome students to our new studio in Bowes Park. Art is a wonderful form of self-expression for children, and our curriculum teaches them not only artistic skills, but it also empowers them through providing life skills that they might not gain from more traditional subjects in schools.”
art-K Managing Director Emily Harper, said “We’re thrilled to open the doors of our new studio in Bowes Park. It’s a vibrant area thriving with coffee shops, music studios and nature away from the hustle and bustle of central London.”
“Elisha has heaps of experience working with children, and her skills will provide a unique art experience for our students”, said Harper.
The branch address is: 219 Whittington Rd, London N22 8YW
