Malibu Rum is launching an EPIC holiday resort in London over the bank holiday weekend (Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th August at Brick Lane’s Old Truman Brewery) so whether you’ve had to cancel your hols or you just miss the feeling of floating on a unicorn – you’re in safe, well-manicured hands.

With ever-changing rules and a traffic light system stuck between amber and red, 9.5 million Brits have had to cancel holidays abroad since the pandemic started, while google searches for ‘last-minute holiday cancellations’ shot up by 455%* this summer.

But instead of stuffing our swimwear back in the bottom drawer, Malibu Rum is determined to bring the best bits of our favourite summer holiday resorts to London, turning it into a must-visit getaway for groups of mates.

Enlisting the help of Ibiza Weekender icon and self-confessed OG Hun, David Potts, they’ve created Malibu Vacation Staycation: the ultimate pool-side weekend resort – whatever the weather!

Over two days, guests will enjoy a heated pool before sipping Pina Coladas served by Malibu’s holiday reps. Looking a little pasty, hun? Top up your tan lines at the tanning station. The first year without a summer holiday tattoo? Not anymore, the temporary tattoo parlour will do you right.
