PRINCE Harry has been described as “bizarre” for “waltzing in to meet Queen and leaving the Netflix crew at door”.

Royal commentator Robert Jobson spoke out after Harry and Meghan Markle met with the Queen in their first visit to the UK in over two years last week.

Speaking on GB News’ Breakfast Eamonn and Isabel, Mr Jobson said: “It’s narcissism at the very extreme.

“This is the guy who hasn’t seen his grandmother for a couple of years, well for a while since the funeral and that was only fleeting.

“I think actions speak louder than words and Prince Charles has been stepping up and supporting his mother with actions.

“Also all her children and daughters-in-law like Sophie Wessex and Camilla have been there a lot of the time, so has Harry.

“I think for him to waltz in, leaving his Netflix crew at the door and talk about protecting his Grandmother is slightly bizarre to be honest.”

The comments come after the Duke of Sussex spoke out about his meeting with the Queen.

Speaking at the Invictus Games in the Netherlands, the Duke of Sussex said it was “great” to see Her Majesty, adding that he was “making sure she was protected”.

He said: “Being with her, it was great. It was just so nice to see her, she’s on great form.

“She’s always got a great sense of humour with me and I’m just making sure she’s protected and got the right people around her.

“Both Meghan and I had tea with her, so it was really nice to catch up with her.”

The Duke of Sussex also revealed that he, his wife Meghan Markle and their two children have been “welcomed with open arms” in the US.

And in an apparent rejection of his British roots, he added that he now considers the other side of the pond to be “home”.

Harry said: “Home for me now, for the time being, is in the States and it feels that way as well.

He told NBC’s Today: “We’ve been welcomed with open arms and we have such a great community up in Santa Barbara.”
