The Stamp Duty holiday will offer purchasers a saving of up to £50,750 on select units. The remaining apartments at Whetstone Square start from £740,000 with three bedroom ‘penthouse’ units starting from £1,070,000. The Stamp Duty holiday is running for a limited period and is providing purchasers with a sizeable saving on their purchase.
