Journalist Harry Rutter has joined the Daily Mirror in the UK and Ireland as a senior showbiz reporter.

The 23-year-old has been appointed Senior TV & Showbiz Reporter at The Mirror and Irish Daily Mirror online.

He joins from previous roles at the MailOnline and Archant, which is now Newsquest.

Rutter joined the Daily Mirror in July and announced the news on Twitter.

He Tweeted: “In some job news… excited to announce that I’ve joined the fabulous TV and celeb desk at the Daily Mirror as a Senior Showbiz Reporter.

“Please do send any celebrity tips, pictures, exclusives, PRs and press releases my way on my new email [email protected].”

He previously held senior editor roles at Archant and the Mail, all after training with the Press Association from 2018.
