GALLIARD LAUNCH BESPOKE OXFORD STREET SHOW APARTMENT BY CORONADO INTERIORS AT NEW DEVELOPMENT TCRW SOHO
Leading developer Galliard Homes has launched a bespoke two-bedroom show apartment by Coronado Interiors’ design team at their exciting new development, TCRW SOHO. This landmark residential-led regeneration project fronts onto Oxford Street, at the top of the historic thoroughfare Dean Street, offering exceptionally luxurious homes right in the heart of the West End. Coronado Interiors have combined vision and craftsmanship, imagining individually tailored interiors for TCRW SOHO, with the implementation of many high-end custom-made pieces into their unique yet practical design of the 736 sq ft living space.
TCRW SOHO comprises two main buildings which, together, will present an exquisite choice of 81 studio, one, two and three apartments and 11 one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouses. Each building will have its own entrance and hotel-style reception foyer, while residents will be presented with an exceptional concierge service.
A tranquil tone is set upon entry into apartment 202 by way of a soft, light green entrance hall featuring a smart oval, leather framed mirror with a shelf, acting as a console table and making clever use of the snug space. The hall leads onto the main living accommodation which benefits from a generous open plan kitchen/living and dining area that offers dual aspect floor-to ceiling windows, which open out onto a balcony in the left corner, where residents can sit outdoors and soak up the buzz of the city.
Curvature is a key feature of the interior architecture of the show apartment and the development as a whole, with curved recessed ceilings in the living area and the master bedroom. Coronado took inspiration from this fluidity and further incorporated it into their bespoke furniture design, with the living area dominated by a contemporary, custom built curved sofa. The cream showpiece is scattered with light and dark grey textured cushions and sits atop a cosy grey rug, complemented by a marble coffee table and soft grey ottoman. The designers at Coronado intended to keep the area comfy and practical, with the focus on creating a space that feels like home, thus going against the grain of the famed hustle and bustle of the central London location.
Continuing the bespoke theme, the dining area is cleverly compartmentalised from overhead by a stunning central pendant light made of alabaster, hovering over the dining table to create an intimate space without being too imposing and closing the zone off completely. The four-seater dining table is of a grounded walnut wood with a wide base and is enhanced by four opulent grey leather and fabric walnut legged dining chairs, making up an ideal area for socialising.
The kitchen, located against the right-hand wall upon entering the living space, offers integrated Miele appliances in Veneer kitchen cabinets with Quartz stone worktops and curved edge sinks, along with a sleek breakfast bar with trendy bar stools in a patterned grey leather. The whole space is further enhanced by ethereal, flowing privacy voiles around the entirety of its perimeter paying into the apartments relaxing and peaceful ambiance. The use of curves and rounded shapes both in the architecture and the interior design creates an interesting flow to the apartment which makes it so unique.
The master bedroom has a decadent yet raw feel to it incorporating a back feature wall, with a tonal grey Phillip Jeffries natural wallpaper comprised of metallic features, authentic grass, and an unusual finish where buyers can see the join, adding further to its creative and unique edge. Dramatic, dark upholstered wall panels either side of the bed and bespoke stained oak bedside tables with opaque grey glass pendant lights contribute to a luxuriously bold atmosphere. The room also includes a dressing table with a low stool which could double as a work desk and a smart navy suede chair to tie in with the upholstered walls.
The second bedroom aspires to a lighter feel with the use of a green/grey toned wallpaper echoing the tranquillity of its bordering entrance hall. The smaller space is filled simply with a bed, plush cream, padded headboard and neutral grey cushions and throw. A smart marble bedside table and desk complete the space.
All the apartments have a stylish reception room with full height glazing, feature coffered ceilings, bespoke entertainment unit with a large screen smart TV and statement flooring provided by natural Oak one strip hardwood engineered timber. The fully fitted designer kitchens have Veneer kitchen cabinets with Quartz stone worktops and Miele integrated appliances. The bedrooms have bespoke fitted wardrobes and rich, soft tone bedroom carpets, with large format porcelain marble tiled bathrooms with underfloor warming.
The design concept and specification for TCRW SOHO has been devised by internationally acclaimed interior designer Nicola Fontanella of Argent Design who has created some of the world’s most exclusive homes in London, Miami, Monaco and New York for clients including A-listers Madonna, Guy
Ritchie and Naomi Campbell.

Melinda McGlew, Director and Interior Designer at Coronado says: “We designed this apartment at TCRW SOHO to appeal to a wide market at a high-end level. Many of the pieces inside the apartment are bespoke as we wanted it to be truly unique, with my personal favourite piece being the sofa, as it really makes the space feel like a home. This apartment would be the perfect home for a young professional or perhaps a buyer from outside of London, enjoying it as a home from home, with the emphasis being that it’s a hub of tranquillity within the busy backdrop of Soho and Oxford Street.”
David Galman, Sales Director at Galliard says: “TCRW SOHO will provide world class apartments in an unrivalled location off Oxford Street in the heart of London’s West End. Coronado have created a show apartment which represents a tranquil contemporary space – somewhere that feels like home, going against the grain within such a lively buzzing neighbourhood which can often be associated with a fleeting visit.”
The Coronado show apartment is priced at £2,350,000 and is available to view through appointment. Galliard Homes is launching the first phase of 81 apartments at TCRW SOHO for sale.
