Bellway London’s landmark development The River Gardens is now complete
A landmark development by Bellway London which offers some of the Capital’s finest views across the River Thames, is now complete, with the final residents settling into their new homes.
All 278 apartments at The River Gardens, off Banning Street in Greenwich, have found new owners, with 264 sold privately and 14 offered as affordable homes.
Construction work is also complete as the last of the new residents move into the development over the coming weeks.
Emma Hamlett, Sales Director for Bellway London, said: “The River Gardens is a truly stunning riverside development where people have been keen to secure their new home since we first launched.
“It’s difficult to imagine a finer view of the London skyline as you look across the River Thames to Canary Wharf, and along its banks to the O2 Arena.
“The location is convenient for city commuters but also has much broader appeal. So many of our residents have been attracted by the impressive surroundings, the nearby amenities and by the homes themselves.
“Bellway London is known for creating exceptional homes for Londoners, combining quality and value for money in locations where new homes are in demand.
“The River Gardens is a particularly special example of Bellway London’s homes. Our team will miss arriving at work in this beautiful spot on the Thames, but we are all delighted that the new owners of our apartments will soon be enjoying life – and those views – from their riverside homes.”
