New Year’s Eve not sorted yet? Here are the best London events
New Year’s Eve is less than two weeks away but coming so close after Christmas there are still many of us who haven’t given it a minute’s thought yet. You’re not alone. According to ticketing and event platform, Eventbrite, most tickets sell shortly before New Year’s Eve itself. The good news is that most of the events get listed pretty late too – around ten days before the big night itself – aka this week. Since so many NYE events will only start selling this week, party procrastinators can expect the widest array of end of year celebrations with the best availability of party tickets, making the time between now and Christmas the ideal time to sort out NYE.
But party people take note: once listed, tickets get snapped up quickly (especially the ones to free events, of which there are plenty). So whether you want to experience fireworks, a ceilidh, retro rave or candlelit operetta, Eventbrite has a wide range of mostly affordable tickets on offer, which will let you see in 2023 the way you like.
Eventbrite hosts NYE parties in 42 different countries around the world, including Mexico, Hong Kong, Burma, Bahrain and Ghana, and hundreds in the UK. Here are a couple of them that are already on sale (event descriptions provided by the respective organisers):
