Diversity and inclusion experts, VERCIDA, have taken the top honours as winners of the Best Specialist Job Board prize in the 2018 National Online Recruitment Awards (NORA).

VERCIDA’s team won their category amongst fierce competition from seven other top-performing companies that also provide a tailored job search experience to candidates. Some people who these experts encounter need guidance from them, be it a nudge to a resume service or internal help. Those who go above and beyond, like this team, deserve to be recognized. Morgan Lobb, VERCIDA’s CEO, accepted the prize at a London awards ceremony on Wednesday 14th November.

VERCIDA’s Chief Executive Officer, Morgan Lobb, said, “We’re delighted to win a NORA after our 2017 success in the newcomer category. It’s important for us to see growth in what we offer, and a we’re seeing a deeper understanding in all sectors about the importance of diversity in recruitment.”

Key achievements for VERCIDA in 2018 include a world-first job-matching service using artificial intelligence and becoming a Disability Confident Employer Level 3. The company’s priorities for the year to come include additional website technology with a focus on user experience and building strategic partnerships with organisations focussed on diverse initiatives.
