Former Livin Joy vocalist Janice Robinson set for explosive documentary in 2024

Sharing on Instagram, the singer, who is best known for her global dance hit ‘Dreamer’ in the 1990s, said:

“As you all nestle in for the holidays, I am working non stop to begin a dream journey of a life time. I have been blessed through out my journey of life, but what I am about to embark on has to be one of the greatest blessings of my life and in my career.”

“I am in the beginning stages of filming my documentary and my heart is racing as the small film crew of people flying down next week will be with me intimately for our first week of filming.”

“There is so much about my story you don’t know but I am letting the cameras in to catch a glimpse of my real life.”

“When I began manifesting this documentary it was during the pandemic, I first had my heart set on writing a book but then I realised I have had the camera rolling for over 30 years and before I knew it there was an abundance of footage that captured my real life far from the entertainment world.”

The transparency of my heart and soul has lived within my songs but now it will forever live in this once in a lifetime moment.”

The documentary will share the highs and lows of Robinsons life and career, from having a global hit record, caring for her sick parents, raising a family, becoming a high school teacher, to touring with Tina Turner and so much more. More details are to be released at a later date.

Janice recently wowed crowds with two sold out gigs at the iconic Royal Albert Hall in London earlier this year with Ministry Of Sound Classical. Robinson will return with a series of gigs next year.
