Its the 1st of March which means the London Power 100 list has been released, for those who are not familiar with the proceedings its the annual list of the most influential people in our beloved City.

We have taken a look into 2019’s list to pick out five inductees who have stood out!

1. Mo Gilligan – Number 75: The London based comedian’s career has gone from strength to strength as he now has his very own TV show alongside rapper Big Narstie.
2. Dan Wootton – Number 68: The Sun’s very own Dan Wootton makes the list, Wootton joins fellow journalists Piers Morgan and BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg.
   3. Sarah Mullally – Number 64 – A very unexpected inclusion is the Bishop of London.
3. Stormzy – Number 6: The London rapper makes history at number 6 beating off Prime Minister Theresa May and a string of royals as he is the only musician to grace the top 30 of the list.
4. Shaun Bailey – Number 34: As a candidate for Mayor of London we supposed Shaun’s inclusion shouldn’t come as a surprise.
5. Gina Miller – Number 55: The investment manager who made a name for herself during the Brexit fiasco is another surprise inclusion on the list.
