Taste of London Reveals Further Chefs, Culinary Experiences and More of London’s Favourite Restaurants for 2024

With less than two weeks to go,
Taste of London has announced its third wave of talented
chefs, exclusive culinary experiences and some of London’s favourite restaurants, who will join the festival as it opens its doors in Regent’s Park on 12th June.

Celebrating its 20th year, Taste of London will welcome its millionth guest this June, a testament to its incredible growth since its humble beginning as
a small food festival in 2004.

Across its two decades, more than 1,000 restaurants have served up over 3.25 million dishes – enough to feed every fan in a sold-out Wembley Stadium a massive 36 times
over! And with over 27 Taste events having taken place across 20 countries; the festival has been a launch pad for an incredible roster of chefs and restaurants in London and across the globe.

In its 20th year, Taste of London continues to provide guests with an indulgent week of dining and drinking with its unique energy and upbeat vibe, cementing
its spot as one of the very best summer experiences in London.

Restaurants and Dishes

Newly announced restaurants for the full five days of feasting include
Milk Beach, which is inspired by the diverse cultures of modern Australia, British wine and seafood restaurant
Faber, with its French Riviera-inspired cuisine, Mimosa at The Langham and Taste icon and Chinatown favourite,
Dumplings’ Legend.

Each restaurant will serve up its most loved dishes all week alongside a Taste of London exclusive that will only be available at this year’s
festival. Exclusive dishes include a Cornish Cuttlefish Bolognese from
Faber, Chilled Confit Duck Mazemen from Bone Daddies, and Wagyu Taro Croquettes from
Dim Sum Terrace. Alongside favourites such as a Jackfruit Stuffed Roti
from Kolamba to a Crab Taco at Le Petit Beefbar or the iconic
Spaghetti al Tartufo from Big Mamma; there is truly something for everyone.

Uber Eats,
London’s premier food delivery service will be presenting the Uber Eats Daily Specials,
bringing exciting new partners Enish, home to authentic Nigerian cuisine and Oka,
where tradition meets modern Japanese grill. Also joining the eclectic list will be modern Indian leaders,
Farzi, family-owned favourites Afghan Caravan, Santo Remedio, sharing their modern take on Mexican street food and providing the sweet treats straight from Hackney,
Treats Club.

Not to mention, an exclusive taste of the incredibly popular Disney+ series,
The Bear, will be dished up by Mob in partnership with Disney+. In a decked-out food truck, they will be descending on Taste of London for an immersive eating experience that promises to be a lot less stressful than watching the show. With dishes
that Carmy would be proud of, think beef cheek and bone marrow doughnuts, potato röstis with cheddar and comté custard and so much more.

Chefs and Activations

Alongside the city’s hottest restaurants, there will be a series of interactive food and drink masterclasses, cooking demonstrations, and dining experiences for those
looking to get stuck in.

Visitors will be able to take part in a star-studded Cook School hosted by
Lee Kum Kee. Chefs leading the classes currently include two Michelin-starred
Andrew Wong and self-taught, BBC 1’s Apprentice candidate, April Jackson.

Also joining the party is the Fire Pit with Coca-Cola Zero Sugar
for some flame-licked barbeque demonstrations. Taking centre stage on the coals will be Great British Menu winner
James Cochran, Million Pound Menu star,
Jay Morjaria, and self-taught chef and television personality Big Zuu.

Back for 2024, fan favourite
Taste Tee Crazy Golf returns, offering rounds of crazy golf with a drink from
Pimentae Cocktail in between feasting.

An integral part of Taste is learning about new cultures through their native foods. Guests can immerse themselves in the richness of Saudi culture and
delight their senses with unique flavours at the Taste of Saudi Culture stand. Saudi Arabia’s distinct landscape from its beaches, valleys, mountains and deserts have shaped its culinary offering.
