Grainger London investment nears £1billion with new Hale Wharf development

In what is a major milestone, Grainger plc, the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, is approaching £1 billion investment in London’s rental market.

This announcement coincides with the unveiling of 65 new homes at Hale Wharf in North London.

The first phase of Grainger’s Windlass Apartments opened in 2021 with 108 rental units and has maintained high occupancy and satisfaction levels.

The sustained demand has led to Grainger’s further investment into the second phase of the development, further expanding Grainger’s offering, as both investor and operator, at Windlass Apartments, developed in partnership with Waterside Places.

The additional 65 furnished, energy-efficient rental homes further enhance Grainger’s North London cluster to 423 homes, contributing to a capital-wide total of 2,230 rental homes.

This further investment in Windlass Apartments in Hale Wharf, North London is set to contribute to the local economy by creating jobs and supporting local businesses, further enhancing Grainger’s positive economic footprint in North London.
