cloudM, the panoramic rooftop bar situated on the top floor of citizenM Tower of London, is today launching a brand-new cocktail menu, inspired by artworks within the hotel.

The hero cocktail, designed in collaboration with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, celebrates the complexity of the spirit. Distilled in batches, the flavour is simple and smooth with a slightly sweet finish. citizenM’s expert team has worked to mix and craft innovative cocktail serves that are inspired by the numerous artworks across the bar, hotel and public spaces.

Hero cocktail, Queen Bea, is inspired by none other than Andy Warhol. His portrait of Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, a sunset-hued pop art piece, can be seen on the mezzanine at cloudM, situated on the 7th floor of citizenM Tower of London. This vibrant and refreshing cocktail offers bold, yet refined flavours – timeless sophistication in every sip, just like Queen ‘B’ herself.

The new cocktail menu highlights include:
Queen Bea: Served in an elegant coupe, this serve blends Tito’s Handmade Vodka with St Germain elderflower liqueur, triple sec, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, vanilla and lemongrass syrups and is topped with pink edible glitter.
Nostalgic Embrace: Winter in a cup, this cocktail is served in a glass mug and blends Dewar’s 12 Year OId Blended Scotch Whisky, with lemon juice, orange, Tidy Tea, harissa paste and is garnished with a fresh cinnamon stick. This cocktail is inspired by the artwork, “Where the Unknown Reigns” by Sebastiaan Bremer, as seen at citizenM Tower of London.
Horizon Swell: This punchy highball mixes Doorly’s Three Year Old White Barbados Rum with fruity accompaniments such as apple sauce, vanilla and coconut syrups, fresh pineapple and Tiki Bitters, to add a hint of past summer memories to the winter menu. Find the inspiration for this serve at citizenM London Bankside in the form of “Untitled” by Warren Neidich, a piece that transforms Malibu’s surfers into a surreal vision of colour and light.

On arrival, guests can head through the ground floor of citizenM Tower of London and be swept up to the 7th floor to cloudM. With unparalleled views of the Thames and Tower of London, this show-stopping space is the ideal stop off for dates, drinks with friends or business meetings. Other delicious cocktail mixes are also available to discover, alongside a menu of light bites and sharing plates.
