The Taimatsu blends Everleaf Forest with citrus berries and blood orange soda for a refreshing, fruity sip. The Shibui Highball combines Everleaf Marine with elderflower, citrus-hibiscus tea, and elderflower tonic, offering a light, floral taste. The Fuji no Yama mixes Everleaf Mountain with Amazake, strawberry, coconut, and lemon for a creamy, tropical refreshment.
At ABar Rooftop, with stunning panoramic views of The Shard, Hampstead Heath, and Hyde Park, guests can enjoy creative non-alcoholic cocktails. The Hornbill Bird mixes Everleaf Forest with passion fruit, pink guava, lime, agave, and soda for a tropical drink. Kelimutu combines Everleaf Mountain with clarified cranberry, lime, Indian spices, and butterfly pea tea and Welcome to Thailand blends Everleaf Marine with kalamansi, honey, lime, chilli, basil, and soda for a kick.
ABar Lounge, located next to Akira Back, is serving Tomato & Olive which combines Everleaf Mountain with tomato water, olive, jalapeno, and citrus for a savory, spicy kick. The Plum & Pomegranate blends Everleaf Marine with Umeshu, Won Mae soju, pomegranate, and citrus for a light, fruity sip with a hint of tartness. Both cocktails feature bold, unique flavors, perfect for sipping in ABar Lounge’s relaxed, stylish atmosphere.
At Dosa, Chef Akira Back’s critically acclaimed chef’s table, the non-cocktail offerings are as unique as the dishes. The Sea Seoul combines Amazake, Everleaf Marine, salt, Tabasco, and mint and the Baram Bellini blends yuzu, agave, peppermint, peach, and bubbles for a light, refreshing sip. The Man Hat Tan mixes Everleaf Forest with 0% Merlot red wine, coffee, and chocolate for a smooth, rich flavor. Each drink is crafted to complement Dosa’s vibrant menu.
