As International Women’s Day (8th March) approaches, independent housebuilder Dandara is showing its support by championing its female employees in the housebuilding industry across Essex.

Gemma Bannister, Sales Director at Dandara Eastern, started her journey at Dandara in 2023 as Head of Sales. Since progressing into her new role, she leads the sales across multiple developments in Essex, tackling market trends and pricing strategies.
