Soak Up Summer in Mayfair: Lanes of London Unveils New Mediterranean Sharing Menu

There’s a brand-new menu arriving at Lanes of London in Mayfair on 12th May. With a focus on seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired sharing plates and responsibly sourced ingredients, the dishes are rooted in connection and generosity — made for relaxed, sociable dining.

Highlights include the earthy Salt-baked Beetroot, beautifully paired with whipped labneh and drizzled with truffle honey, alongside Spiced Rub Pork Rib bursting with BBQ flavour.

For seafood lovers, there’s Grilled Tiger Prawns in lemon butter; Pan-fried Mackerel with panzanella salad; Saffron Risotto with Seafood Cataplana and Roasted Scallops with cauliflower purée. Vibrant salads include the Superfood with freekeh, cauliflower, pomegranate, avocado and balsamic; and the Summer Green with frisée, mâche, pickled artichokes, fresh peas and pea shoots.

Complementing the Sharing Menu is the refreshed à la carte offering, focusing on elevated comfort with a touch of flair. Larger main plates include Pan-seared Seabream with crushed potatoes, sautéed asparagus and summer squash; Crispy Aubergine with punchy coconut curry; Roast Baby Chicken with salsa verde; and a Rump of Lamb.

For dessert, must-tries include a playful Green Apple Cheesecake artfully crafted to resemble the fruit, with a creamy filling complemented by a warm touch of tangy caramelised cardamom pineapple; and a super summery, berry Eton Mess.

Bringing it all together is Executive Chef Franky Fernandes, whose background in some of London’s most prestigious five-star hotels informs every dish with precision, passion, and purpose. His commitment to seasonality, responsible sourcing, and reducing food waste ensures that every plate not only tastes good but does good — thoughtful, flavourful cooking at its best.

Whether it’s a leisurely lunch, an after-work bite, or a celebratory dinner overlooking Hyde Park, Lanes of London puts great food and good company at the heart of the table.
