SANTA MARIA CELEBRATES 15 YEARS WITH NEW PIZZA MENU

Santa Maria,
one of London’s most celebrated Neapolitan pizzerias, is pleased to unveil the launch of a bold new pizza menu, available across all locations. The new menu builds on the brand’s reputation
for traditional Neapolitan craft while introducing inventive new flavour combinations that push boundaries, without compromising authenticity.

Founded by Angelo Ambrosio and Pasquale Chionchio, Santa Maria has long been synonymous with quality, passion, and pizza made the proper Neapolitan way. This latest menu refresh reinforces that reputation,
offering a vibrant mix of seasonal ingredients, modern creativity, and classic comfort.
New additions to the pizza menu include:

San Vincenzo –
A rich layering of aubergine parmigiana, smoked mozzarella, tomato sauce, and parmesan crisps – £14.50

Sant Ambrogio –
Smoked mozzarella, mixed peppers, fennel sausage, and parmesan with optional wild rocket — £14.95

San Carlo (VE) –
A vibrant vegan option with slow-cooked tomato and onion sauce, roasted aubergines, baby plum tomatoes, basil pesto and toasted sunflower seeds –
£13.50

If this wasn’t enough the Santa Maria team have introduced the San Ciro (£15.50), a limited-edition pizza created in collaboration with Bro Pizzeria, widely regarded as the best pizzeria in Naples. Crafted with Ciro Tutino, this bold new special feature smoked mozzarella, pepperoni, spicy pineapple reduction, black lime dust, parmesan crisps, and chilli flakes, an unapologetically creative take on tradition.

These new additions sit alongside Santa Maria’s signature classics, from the award-winning Santa Margherita to indulgent favourites like the Calzone San Salvatore and Santa Caterina.
