Circa London partners with luxury property developer to sell £9.6m Dulwich townhouses to Far East buyers
High-end property estate agents Circa London has partnered with Castlemere Developments to market its new £9.6 million townhouse development in Dulwich to buyers in the Far East.
It is significant first for both businesses. Circa London has taken on its first ‘in progress’ project, while Castlemere Developments are seeking buyers from the Far East.
Circa London, which operates a specialist Asia desk led by James Yan, will actively target prospective buyers in Hong Kong and mainland China. While this is the agency’s first time working with an “in-progress” property development, they are confident the homes will attract strong interest due to their location and competitive pricing.
Yan said: “Dulwich is home to three renowned schools, and with education being a top priority for Chinese families, these homes will definitely appeal. At £1.65 million, these four-bedroom properties offer excellent value, especially when compared to central London prices.
“We believe this development is an ideal fit for Chinese buyers, and we will focus our marketing efforts on Hong Kong and Shanghai, where we have offices. We’ve already translated promotional materials into Mandarin and have begun actively marketing the properties.”
The six townhouses, named Melbourne Mews, are situated on Melbourne Grove and are being positioned as premium family homes in one of London’s most desirable areas. Each home offers 1,700 square feet of living space over three floors, including a basement and roof terrace.
The properties, which are modular constructions, will feature smart home technology, German-designed kitchens, oak flooring, bespoke lighting, underfloor heating powered by heat pumps and solar energy, as well as an electric car charging point. Outdoor spaces will include a courtyard with structural glass flooring, providing natural light to the basement.
Kris Collett, co-director of Castlemere Developments, said: “This is the first time we’ve specifically tasked an estate agent with focusing on the Far East market. Circa London’s Asia desk is perfectly positioned to help us reach that audience. While we’ve seen interest in the project already, this partnership takes our marketing to the next level.”
The townhouse development is part of Castlemere Developments’ expanding portfolio of property projects across London and the South East.
