Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Pharmacia Naturale in Hornsey, North London.

Ideally located on a main road in Hornsey, North London, Pharmacia Naturale is a busy community pharmacy that dispenses an average of 6,147 items per month.

It was brought into Administration with Evelyn Partners in 2022.

Following a sales process with Mark Page at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by first-time buyer, Igho Egorr.

Igho Egorr, the new owner of Pharmacia Naturale, comments, “I am excited to have bought my first pharmacy and look forward to working with my new customers. I plan to add new stock lines and several new free NHS services.”

I was delighted to see it sell to the new owner, Igho, as this was his second attempt to buy a pharmacy business. ”

Pharmacia Naturale was sold for an undisclosed price.
