Westfield Launches SOJO ‘Fix & Fit’ Repair and Tailoring Hubs

Westfield is set to redefine the fashion experience with the launch of SOJO ‘Fix & Fit’—an innovative repair and alterations service opening at both Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City on 25th June.

Delivered in partnership with SOJO – the B-Corp certified platform transforming the way people care for their clothes – this new offering introduces a modern, accessible solution for clothing repairs and alterations, right in the heart of the high street.

At SOJO Fix & Fit, customers can book tailoring, repair, or refitting services directly – either in-store or online – making it quick and easy to give their much-loved wardrobe pieces, whether new, vintage, or designer, the expert care they deserve. By bringing their garments directly to SOJO’s workshop, they gain access to expert in-house tailors who handle everything from zip replacements and trouser hems to full alterations and bespoke customisations. The service is designed to extend the life of clothing and embed circular fashion into everyday shopping culture.

SOJO offers a seamless, modern tailoring and repair experience both in-store and online. Shoppers at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City can visit the SOJO: Fix & Fit workshop for a free consultation, where expert tailors are on hand to take care of all alterations. Finished items can be collected in person or delivered to their door. For those who prefer to stay home, SOJO’s online service allows customers nationwide to book a collection, send their garments, and have them expertly tailored or repaired and returned to their home.

This launch marks SOJO’s permanent presence at both Westfield centres, providing a convenient, face-to-face option alongside their trusted door-to-door service. Customers can drop off clothing for repairs or alterations and speak directly with the tailoring team.

As consumers increasingly prioritise sustainability, SOJO’s arrival is a timely and innovative response to the way people want to shop. Insights from Westfield’s latest How We Shop: From Play To Purpose report reveal that 45% of Boomers and 31% of UK women are actively seeking more opportunities to repair or refill products – a clear sign of shifting values away from fast fashion and towards long-lasting, conscious consumption.

Katie Wyle, Director of Shopping Centre Management, Northern Europe at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield,said: “We’re proud to be bringing SOJO to both of our centres – a move that reflects exactly what our customers are asking for: more sustainable, service-led retail experiences. SOJO Fix & Fit offers a smart and stylish solution to fashion longevity, perfectly aligned with Westfield’s commitment to shaping a more conscious retail future. With 59% of UK consumers seeking more reuse and repair options over the next five years, this partnership is both timely and essential.”

Josephine Philips, Founder and CEO of SOJO, added: “We’re thrilled to be launching SOJO Fix & Fit stores at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City. This is all about integrating a repair culture into the very heart of shopping. Clothes deserve to be loved, worn and re-worn, and we’re making it simpler than ever for people to embrace that.”

Whether it’s a quick fix, a complete refit, or a personal style update, SOJO Fix & Fit is here to help customers fall back in love with their wardrobes – and embrace a more sustainable way to shop.

Following the launch at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, SOJO Fix & Fit will soon be making its international debut, launching at Westfield Les 4 Temps in Paris.
