Kimpton Fitzroy London, one of the capital’s most iconic hotels, is delighted to announce the launch of The Terrace, created in partnership with the celebrated Provence winemaker, Minuty Rosé. Nestled in the hotel’s stunning open air courtyard, The Terrace embraces the allure of the French Riviera offering a Côte d’Azur inspired escape in the heart of Bloomsbury.

The new space will be draped in vines, soft festoon lighting and adorned with hydrangeas capturing the low-key elegance of alfresco dining on the chic coastlines of the South of France. This new addition to Kimpton Fitzroy London’s already exceptional dining portfolio offers a curated menu of exclusive cocktails, small plates, and, of course Minuty’s finest Côtes de Provence rosés.

Signature serves include the Nice to Meet You, a tequila-based summer fusion featuring Minuty M, à Volcan Tequila, strawberry, chilli and pineapple juice as well as a refreshing Minuty Rosé Old Fashioned. These are paired with indulgent small plates such as the native lobster brioche roll sered with Café de Paris butter and Lemon Aioli as well as an artisanal charcuterie board. These sit alongside luxurious seafood dishes including Carlingford Lough oysters and Sturia Oscietra caviar with crème fraîche blinis.v

A wide selection of Minuty rosés will be available by the glass and bottle, including Minuty M and Minuty Prestige magnums, as well as its most prestigious cuvées, Rose et Or and 281, ideal for those long, sun-drenched summer afternoons.

The Terrace at Kimpton Fitzroy London opens on Wednesday 18th June. It will be open seven days a week, from 12:00 noon to 9:30 PM, with last bookings at 8:00 PM and last orders at 8:45 PM.
