3 UNMISSABLE experiences to try this Summer at FRAMELESS…
This summer, FRAMELESS, the UK’s largest immersive art experience, presents The Summer of Expression, a bold season celebrating the power of creativity to move, inspire, and connect us. FRAMELESS will become a space for emotional exploration, creative freedom, and fresh perspectives, reminding us that art is not just something we observe, but something we respond to – with our voices, our bodies, and our imagination.
Throughout the summer months, FRAMELESS will host a vibrant seasonal programme that includes creative workshops, an exciting new residency in partnership with the Royal College of Art, and specially curated sensory sessions.
ART OF EXPRESSION: SPOKEN WORD WORKSHOPS
Every Friday during the summer holidays, FRAMELESS will host spoken word workshops, offering young people a new way to connect with visual art through poetry and performance.
Each 45-minute, drop-in session, perfect for young people aged 10-14, will be free with a standard ticket. Sessions will run throughout the day and be led by a rotating line-up of acclaimed spoken word artists.
Price: included with standard FRAMELESS tickets. Slots allocated on a first-come-first serve basis.
Dates: Running on Fridays throughout the summer holidays from Friday 25 July
BODIES UNBOUND: RCA DIGITAL ART RESIDENCY
Bodies Unbound is FRAMELESS’ latest digital art residency, presented as part of the Royal College of Art’s Festival of Communication. This exhibition platforms exciting new works by four emerging graduate artists: Sai Ma, Yuchen Li, Alexis Obue, and Kashish Gakhar.
Blending dance, performance and immersive digital art in a striking multi-screen residency show, Bodies Unbound explores how the body becomes a vessel for storytelling, expressing pride, power, and transformation through movement. Featuring three original scores, each artist’s work is influenced by underground dance music from around the world.
Price: Access to Bodies Unbound is included with a standard ticket.
Dates: Open from 3rd July.
CHILLED SESSIONS
Throughout the summer, FRAMELESS will continue to run its popular FRAMELESS Chilled Sessions – specially designed for disabled and neurodivergent visitors, as well as those who feel more comfortable in a calmer environment.
With reduced capacity, softer lighting, and minimal sound, these sessions offer a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the gallery at their own pace. A designated chill-out area – complete with sensory lighting and a dark tent – ensures an inclusive space, tailored to a wide range of comfort needs.
Price: tickets are £26 for adults / £16 for children / Carers go free
Dates: Thursday 7 August 10am – 12pm, Tuesday 28 October 10am – 12pm

Colour in Motion: Step into the world of the Impressionists, where motion-tracking technology allows you to influence and interact with the art itself.
The World Around Us: Be immersed in vast 360-degree landscapes celebrating the beauty of the natural world through the eyes of history’s great artists.
