Show celebrating 35 years of The Commitments announced for London – featuring Andrew Strong

Andrew Strong, who played the lead singer in Alan Parker’s 1991 cult classic ‘The Commitments’, has announced a special show celebrating 35 years of the film at Dingwalls, London.
Delivering an unforgettable performance as Deco Cuffe, the powerhouse lead singer of The Commitments, Strong’s raw, soulful vocals helped turn the soundtrack into an international phenomenon, one that sold more than 12 million copies and earned BAFTA, Grammy, and Brit Award nominations.
Throughout the show Strong will perform fan favourites such as Mustang Sally, In the Midnight Hour, Chain of Fools and Try a Little Tenderness, all delivered with the power and authenticity that made his voice instantly iconic.
