MEXICAN BIRRIA PIZZA BY CRUST BROS & CAVITA LAUNCHES FOR CINCO DE MAYO

Crust Bros, the award-winning Neapolitan pizza restaurant group, returns with another special limited-edition pizza; this time together with acclaimed modern Mexican restaurant Cavita, founded by chef Adriana Cavita, to bring a fusion of Italian craft and Mexican heritage on a pizza ahead of Cinco de Mayo.

Introducing the Birria Pizza: a rich and expressive creation built on Crust Bros’ freshly prepared dough, topped with a deeply flavourful birria gravy base and tender birria meat, complemented by smoked mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Finished with a bright pineapple pico de gallo, fresh avocado salsa, and a punchy habanero salsa with a dipping pot of birria sauce for crusts on the side, the ingredients deliver a dynamic balance of richness, acidity, heat and freshness.

Crust Bros draws inspiration from Cavita’s produce-led approach to Mexican cooking, translating its depth and vibrancy onto their signature Neapolitan bases.
