This holiday season Bagatelle is excited to introduce its exclusive Christmas cake “Chocolate World”, which is decorated with iconic landmarks from each of Bagatelle Group’s locations: a
desert that transcends boarders.

The indulgent chocolate Christmas cake has been sculpted by Bagatelle Group Corporate Head Pastry Chef, Manon Santini, immerse yourself in the essence of the season as you indulge in layers
of intense vanilla, almond praline and citrus, enrobed in the silkiest milk chocolate. The limited-edition dessert is available to order in the restaurant with 48 hours’ notice, or to take away and enjoy at home. Manon cleverly incorporates exquisite taste
from around the world throughout the Christmas cake, similarly, taking you to locations one can only dream of being at this time of the year.

Manon Santini, Bagatelle Group Corporate Pastry Chef is the master behind the desserts on the restaurant’s menu. Manon previously worked alongside Alain Ducasse’s brigades as well as Monte-Carlo
Société des Bains de Mer and Hôtel Byblos Saint-Tropez. With a desire for absolute excellence and creating desserts with fine elegance and seasonal flavours. Highlights on the dessert menu include the Tropézienne vanilla tart, the lace crepes accompanied by
light cream and pistachio, or the dark chocolate pizza, which finish off the perfect meal.
