A major new event on the future of work heads to Olympia London this summer

Driving meaningful working lives in a more automated workplace, motivating a multi-generational workforce and the future of skills and learning are just some of the topics to be discussed at the major new event –  The CIPD Festival of Work. The CIPD, are the professional body for HR and people development.

The two day conference, held at Olympia London and running from Wednesday 12 to Thursday 13 June 2019 – will bring together the challenging minds of industry professionals and leaders to explore the biggest issues in the world of work. The conference aims to spark debate as well as offer inspiration and practical solutions.

The Festival of Work will be a multi-platform, multi-day experience and a landmark event for both business leaders and HR & L&D professionals. The event is free to attend and will feature over 300 exhibitors and 75 free learning sessions.

A more specialised conference featuring discussions from over 160 business leaders and professionals, will also be running. The conference builds on the CIPD’s previous learning and development and HR software and recruitment shows and will be divided into six streams:
