A Taste of Paris in London: Casa Cruz Unveils Exclusive Collaboration with Jaïs Restaurant from Paris

Casa Cruz in Notting Hill is delighted to announce an exclusive restaurant collaboration with Paris’ renowned restaurant Jaïs, led by the acclaimed Chef Jaïs Mimoun. From Friday 18th October to Friday 20th December, Casa Cruz will embrace the ambiance of this French brasserie and wine bar, offering Londoners a dining experience featuring the restaurant’s signature modern French cuisine, enriched with international influences.

Chef Jaïs Mimoun will introduce a curated seasonal menu that highlights his signature blend of French culinary roots and global flavours, offering London diners a refined yet still approachable experience. Known for inventive dishes and exceptional wine pairings, Jaïs brings the essence of Parisian dining to Casa Cruz, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a memorable experience.

On the à la carte, guests can expect entrées such as Royal Dorado Carpaccio with Camelina Oil and Fresh Pomegranate, Langoustine Tartare with Puglia Straciatella, Torrefied Buckwheat, and Lime Zest, and the indulgent 18-month Tajima Wagyu Beef Cecina. The main courses include highlights like Blue Lobster Salad with Fresh Green Peas and Snow Peas, 40 Day Dry-aged Simmenthal Boneless Rib Eye with Roasted Roscoff Onion Puree, and Turbot Fillet Steak with Roasted Winter Carrots and Turmeric Cream. Sharing options include a 1kg Dry-aged Simmenthal Beef Rib with homemade fries, perfect for two. Desserts feature classics like Profiteroles with Hot 85% Colombian Chocolate Sauce, Organic Lemon Meringue Pie with Lime Zest, and the delicate Strawberry Sponge Cake with Pistachio Custard and Strawberry Sorbet.

The food will be complemented by carefully selected French wines, all designed to showcase the charm and creativity that both Jaïs and Casa Cruz are celebrated for. The exclusive menu will be available for a limited time, offering a unique fusion of both sophistication and comfort.

As Casa Cruz approaches its 10th anniversary in 2025, this collaboration is the first of a series of events that will lead the restaurant into its second decade. The Jaïs takeover at Casa Cruz launches on Friday 18th October until Friday 20th December and is open every day from 6pm to midnight.
