AllBright announce Step Forward Summit for International Women’s Day 2023

AllBright, the global home for career minded women, will be hosting the first Step Forward Summit to celebrate International Women’s Day on the 10th of March. Bringing together over 200 thought leaders, industry experts, gender equality champions and guests who are keen to be a part of the change. The full day programme will feature a series of roundtables and keynote speeches, networking opportunities and brand activations, plus pop-ups in partnership with Pandora, Rituals and Boden.

Taking place at The Design Museum in London, the summit will delve into the actions required to create a world of unlimited possibilities for women in the workplace. Navigating tricky topics such as gender health equality and how to empower senior level women in the workplace, the agenda will equip a diverse mix of guests across business owners, HR managers, career starters, CEOs of tomorrow and self-employed, with the tools and inspiration to drive change and set a new standard in their workplace. Attendees will hear from inspirational speaker and philanthropist Katie Piper OBE, psychotherapist Anna Mathur, internationally renowned activist, model, writer and broadcaster, Munroe Bergdorf, British entrepreneur & founder of the MOBO Awards, Kanya King CBE, broadcaster, motivational speaker and body confidence activist, Malin Andersson, and award-winning comedian, Viv Groskop. Additional names include activist and podcaster Ben Hurst and chair of the Co-operative Allan Leighton.

As part of their ongoing commitment to sisterhood, AllBright are also unveiling a two-year partnership with Smart Works; a UK charity that strives to give women the confidence and support they need to secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives.

As official charity partner, AllBright will support the Smart Works community by hosting fundraisers, events, and volunteer days with access to AllBright Digital. In addition, AllBright will also be supporting Smart Works through its Alliance corporate partners program, as part of a wider initiative – more details soon.

AllBright CEO, Viv Paxinos said ‘We are delighted to be announcing a long-term partnership with Smart Works. We don’t want to wait for systemic change to happen, we want to play a vital role in creating it. AllBright is committed to driving change for all women in business and employment which makes Smart Works the perfect charity partner for us. The business is looking forward to introducing our communities to lift each other up, and will donate 5% of our corporate partnership sales for the ongoing efforts of the charity along with a host of other activity.

Smart Works CEO, Kate Stephens said: ‘At the heart of Smart Works sits a desire to allow all women to achieve their potential and be the best version of themselves, so that they can thrive in employment. As we face the most challenging economic circumstances in modern history it is more important than ever that any women who finds herself unemployed and in need of support knows that Smart Works is there for her. This partnership couldn’t come at a better time and we’re looking forward to working together with the team at AllBright to help make work, work for all women’.
