The event marks the second Apple TV+ BAFTA Brunch, and brought together nominees from award-winning, widely celebrated Apple Original series including “Bad Sisters,” “Slow Horses,” “Pachinko,” “Black Bird,” and more.

Kicking off events ahead of this year’s British Academy Television Awards, the Apple TV+ BAFTA TV Brunch was attended by renowned creatives, television stars and culture movers including Gary Oldman, William Gao, Sharon Horgan, Cat Deeley, Tilly Keeper, Amy-Leigh Hickman, Jasmine Jobson, Kadeem Ramsay, Andy Serkis, Amy Jackson, Laura Whitmore, Iain Stirling, Kai-Isaiah Jamal, Misan Harriman. Apple TV+ executive Jay Hunt was also in attendance.

This year, Apple TV+ has received honours with BAFTA Television Craft Awards including Best Costume Design for first-time BAFTA winner Jane Petrie in recognition for her work on celebrated limited series “The Essex Serpent,” and Best Titles & Graphic Identity by Peter Anderson Studio for acclaimed five-time BAFTA-nominated black comedy “Bad Sisters.” These wins mark the most recent honours from the BAFTA Awards for Apple programs following a win for Academy Award winner “The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse” for Best British Short Animation earlier this year.

Apple TV+ has six additional nominations for the BAFTA Television Awards to be presented on Sunday, 14 May, including Best Drama Series and Best Supporting Actress for “Bad Sisters,” Best International program for “Pachinko,” Leading Actor and Supporting actor nominations for Gary Oldman and Jack Lowden in “Slow Horses” and Leading Actor for Taron Egerton in “Black Bird.”

Apple TV+ offers premium, compelling drama and comedy series, feature films, ground-breaking documentaries, and kids and family entertainment, and is available to watch across all your favourite screens. After its launch on November 1, 2019, Apple TV+ became the first all-original streaming service to launch around the world, and has premiered more original hits and received more award recognitions faster than any other streaming service in its debut. To date, Apple Original films, documentaries, and series have been honoured with 362 wins and 1,452 award nominations and counting, including multi-Emmy Award-winning comedy “Ted Lasso” and Oscar Best Picture winner “CODA.”
