Award-winning vegan restaurant Stem & Glory re-opens in London on July 30th

Award-winning vegan restaurant Stem & Glory is re-opening in London on 30th July 2020.

After being closed for a few months due to Covid-19. The restaurant, in St Bart’s Square, London, is now ready to re-open with a new menu, new seating (to allow for social distancing) and full range of measures in place to keep staff and customers safe.

Rather than hunker down when C-19 hit, founder Louise Palmer Masterton embraced the opportunity to pivot the business model to be leaner, more streamlined, and offer a great range of dishes to customers, as we enter the post Covid world.

Located at 60 Bartholomew Close, St Bart’s Square, EC1A 7BF, Stem & Glory will be open (17.00 – 20.30, Thursday to Saturday) for dining (to a limited number of covers), Click-and-Collect and delivery.

The new menu has been designed to be delivery friendly, and customisable to give both eat in and take away customers a personalised experience. Expect classic Stem & Glory favourites alongside new dishes and desserts.

Stem & Glory’s menu is contemporary, and accessible, appealing to those who are seeking simple and delicious vegan food, alongside those wanting a more gastronomic vegan dining experience.

Bookings are now live on www.stemandglory.uk

Louise Palmer-Masterton, Founder of Stem & Glory said: “The whole team is keen to get the restaurants open and welcome our customers – whether for dining, take away or delivery. Although the pandemic has been a difficult time for everyone, it has given us time to re-think our model and offering, and ensure we’re really delivering what our customers want. We’ve developed new projects and new products and we’re reopening stronger than ever with a really exciting menu of delicious contemporary plant-based dishes.

“Anecdotal evidence suggests many people took the lockdown period as an opportunity to re-think their lifestyle and try new, healthier dishes and ways of eating. Plant-based eating has been on the rise for the last few years, and I don’t see any sign of that slowing down. With such great food now available, and more and more vegan restaurants, I see vegan eating being more popular than ever in the post Covid era.”

Stem & Glory was born of a passion for plant-based food and a desire to make vegan food not only available but delicious.
