This May, Badiani Gelato is bringing a taste of Florence to the streets of London with the launch of its Buontalenti Bike – a roaming gelato experience celebrating its iconic Buontalenti flavour.

For three days only, the Buontalenti Bike will tour key London locations, offering passersby the chance to enjoy complimentary cups of the renowned signature Buontalenti gelato. One lucky visitor a day will also win a summer prize – a “July’s Supply” of the Buontalenti – available at any one of Badiani’s London stores.

The Buontalenti Bike will kick off its London tour in Covent Garden on Thursday 21st May,[1] bringing complimentary scoops to one of the capital’s busiest and most vibrant summer hotspots, before heading to Canary Wharf on Friday 22nd May, serving gelato to 250,000 office workers heading into the weekend. It will then finish on Saturday 23rd May at Hampstead Heath, where Badiani expects to deliver its biggest-ever free scoop giveaway as Londoners flock to the capital’s most iconic picnic destination.

At each stop, visitors can enjoy a free scoop of Buontalenti and receive a voucher for 20% off their next in-store visit via the Embargo app. For those keen not to miss the Buontalenti Bike, Badiani’s website will feature a live GPS tracker, allowing gelato fans to follow the bike in real time across the city.
