Barnaby’s Kitchen & Lounge launches new Organic September menu in West London

Barnaby’s Kitchen & Lounge has launched a brand new Organic September menu which has been expertly curated to celebrate the finest seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Organic September is an annual campaign that celebrates everything organic and offers the ideal time to explore the advantages of organic produce, support local organic farmers, and adopt a more sustainable lifestyle. The new menu features stunning contemporary British cuisine with a twist including dishes such as Pan-Roasted Lamb Rump, Beetroot & Berry Carpaccio, Stuffed Zucchini Dome, and Pistachio Ice Cream as well as an Organic Blackberry Cocktail and Micropolitan Mocktail.

The new menu at Barnaby’s Kitchen & Lounge is available to restaurant guests throughout this month until the end of September.

Barnaby’s Kitchen & Lounge can be found at Mercure and ibis London Earls Court. It has been designed in collaboration with Paris Society and take inspiration from the character of Barnaby, who returns to London to enjoy his 60s at home after spending many years adventuring abroad and discovering the world. Barnaby embraces both the British pride and the international curiosity so true to his home city, which is reflected in its menus. Its food menu has been created as part of embracing the Mercure philosophy of ‘Discover Local’ and celebrating local culinary excellence, it features ingredients sourced from outstanding nearby farms and local brands.
