Battersea Park In Concert welcomes West End stars, Classical greats and UK Jazz stars to the open-air concert series
Kicking off the August bank-holiday weekend, the internationally celebrated Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra have programmed a musical extravaganza set to take-over the park, and excitingly welcoming to the stage four of the West End’s leading names for the spectacular ‘Night at The Musicals’. Joining the famous orchestra are Phantom of the Opera stars Bradley Jaden and Kelly Mathieson, We Will Rock You leading man Alex Gaumond, and songstress Abbie Osmon. Additionally set to perform a memorable show is a full 40-piece choir, the London Concert Chorus. Get ready for a line-up of favourites throughout time, from the likes of Les Misérables, Wicked, Oklahoma, Cats, Mamma Mia!, West Side Story and much more.

The final day of performances at Battersea Park welcome the finest soul and jazz talent the UK has to offer and soul star, Gabrielle is set to leave the audience spellbound with her dulcet tones and hits from an incredible career spanning 30-years. Further enriching the crowd with raw talent is MOBO award winning saxophonist Yolanda Brown OBE bringing her irresistible fusion of reggae, jazz and soul. Adding to the finale is the legendary band, The Ronnie Scott’s All Stars, honouring the many celebrated artists who have stepped foot on stage at Ronnie’s, their energetic performance pays homage to the club’s rise from a basement bar where local musicians would jam to the internationally acclaimed establishment it is today.
