For punchier flavours, opt for the Caribbean Grill with choices of Smoked beef brisket marinaded in Grenadian island spices with a red cabbage slaw and served in a potato bun, or a 48-hour marinated Jamaican jerk chicken, finished on the grill. Desserts are a celebration of summer fruits, from a quintessentially British Dorset Blueberry trifle to a refreshing Mango, coconut and lime panna cotta.
