Beauchamp Estates has launched its new virtual viewings offering in light of the latest guidance from the Ministry of Housing and the Law Society on correct marketing and transaction procedures during the Coronavirus lockdown. Agents, working remotely/from home, are allowed to continue marketing properties via virtual viewings technology and remote telephone/video calls, and offers can be made and accepted. In addition, for unoccupied or empty new build homes once contracts are exchanged, transactions can continue without any delay since there are no existing occupiers.

The virtual viewing is encrypted and secure and is unique to the applicant and Beauchamp agent. Like any viewing, the virtual tour can take however long the client requires whether that is 10 minutes, 20 minutes or an hour or more.
