Biotiful Dairy bring their Biotiful Fermentation Station to East London

It’s home to trillions of microbes (both good and bad bacteria) that play a major role in your physical health and mental wellbeing – so it’s crucial to keep your gut healthy and happy. Helping Londoners do just that in the tastiest way possible this month are award-winning kefir pioneers Biotiful Dairy with their Biotiful Fermentation Station, arriving in east London on 30th May.

Free to attend, the Fermentation Station will play host to a comprehensive programme of thoughtfully-curated sessions, all of which have been designed to help attendees discover easy, relevant and delicious ways of integrating gut health into their everyday lives. The programme has been developed by Biotiful in collaboration with like-minded, innovative health, fitness and food partners including The Gut Stuff (The Mac Twins), Frame Studios and Rita’s Dining.

The full day programme of free-to-attend sessions will include:

  • Gut Focus: Gut-focused yoga / movement classes in collaboration with cult fitness destination Frame Studios, with irresistible kefir-based smoothies for participants to enjoy (sessions taking place at 07:30, 08:15, 16:30 & 17:15)
  • Gut Myths: Join the experts from The Gut Stuff – The Mac Twins and nutritionist Kristy Coleman – to learn about brilliant bacteria and get the lowdown on gut health (11:30, 12:00 & 14:00)
  • Gut Gourmet: Mouthwatering kefir and food pairings, including bespoke ‘cultured’ cocktails made with kefir, created in partnership with the culinary power couple behind Rita’s Dining, Missy Flynn and Gabriel Pryce (between 12:00 – 14:30 & 45 – 19:00)
  • All the sessions will be taking place within an immersive Fermentation Station experience, designed to give visitors the lowdown on the benefits of kefir, with plenty of delicious Biotiful kefir to enjoy

Natasha Bowes, founder of Biotiful Dairy commented: “With the Fermentation Station we want to share the gut-health message with consumers, showcasing the convenient, highly nutritious and (crucially) delicious role our Kefir products bring to consumers everyday.  Looking after your gut has never been so easy and tasty!”
