Birchwood Grange Care Home Celebrates Opening of the Aster Suite with Spectacular Event

An exceptional new care suite has opened at Birchwood Grange Care Home earlier this week. The care home, located in Harrow and part of the Avery Healthcare group, offers a comprehensive range of care services, including residential, nursing, dementia and respite care.

Mayor of Brent, Councillor Tariq Dar MBE, attended the event to mark the opening of the new Aster Suite and delivered an inspiring speech to staff, residents, and their loved ones.

Councillor Tariq Dar MBE said, “I am delighted to be here to announce the official opening of the Aster Suite. The setting here is very friendly, and Birchwood Grange Care Home is a vital part of our local community. I am an advocate of the work that is being carried out here.”

Daniel Bridges, Regional Commissioning Director at Avery Healthcare, proudly stated, “Thank you to everyone who attended our event! It was a pleasure to welcome so many members of the local community to Birchwood Grange Care Home. We are very proud to announce the opening of the Aster Suite, which embodies our commitment to providing our residents with a welcoming environment where everyone feels safe, cared for, and enjoys life.”

Emilija Karaliute, a harpist, performed at the event, and a delicious selection of sweet treats, crafted by the expert on-site Culinary Team at Birchwood Grange Care Home, was served at the event.

Daniel continued, stating, “The event was a joyous gathering, bringing together our care staff, residents, and esteemed members of the local community, including medical professionals and community group representatives.
