Camden Town Brewery hosts an acoustic session with Abi from MarthaGunn
To make this social distancing thing a bit more social, we’ve given our Brewery Bar a digital makeover and opened THE CAMDEN BRE.WWW.ERY BAR.
After kicking things off with a pixilated pub quiz last week, lead singer from Brighton-based band MarthaGunn, Abi Woodman, is going to be taking to the BRE.WWW.ERY BAR stage with some live music on Tuesday 31st March, 7pm.
Gracing our screens with their dreamy alt-rock music, Abi will be singing a 30-minute set live on our Instagram, giving beer lovers their midweek live music fix.
Throughout the show, our BRE.WWW.ERY BAR ‘digital tip jar’ will be live on our JustGiving page, helping to raise money for Hospitality Action’s COVID-19 Emergency Fund. The emergency fund enables Hospitality Action to make a one-off grant to eligible workers suddenly facing hardship, supporting our friends in the hospitality sector during these uncertain times.
No pub is complete without beer, so our web shop is here to deliver fresh beers to your door. We’re matching all Hospitality Action donations via our web shop – just add a donation to your basket or on the checkout page.
Jasper Cuppaidge, Founder of Camden Town Brewery says: “Pub culture is hugely important to the British and that’s why we’ve launched our BRE.WWW.ERY BAR, a way to still get that after work pub feeling whilst our locals are closed. Camden started in the basement of The Horseshoe, and it’s the pubs, restaurants and bars across the UK that have supported us on the Camden journey. So, we’re bringing people together in this new URL reality to support the hospitality industry when they need us the most, whilst also bringing live entertainment straight to your living rooms.”
