Catalyst launches The Park Edition at The Auria with Yoga in the Park

Catalyst’s newest collection of apartments on Portobello Road, The Park Edition at The Auria, launches in late September with an exclusive yoga event taking place on Wednesday 29th September.

Taking its name from Athlone Gardens, a significant park being delivered within the c. 1000 home development, The Park Edition consists of 53 luxury one and two bedroom homes overlooking the new green space.

Set at the north-end of the world-famous Portobello Road, The Park Edition at The Auria is part of the award-winning Portobello Square development, one of West London’s most notable regeneration projects.

As well as a significant number of high-quality homes and the new publicly accessible park, the development features new commercial and community spaces, continuing the eclectic character of Portobello Road.

On Wednesday 29th September, The Park Collection launches with a yoga event at 12:30pm at Holland Park, one of the development’s nearest green spaces, led by local yogi Toto Lambert. Guests can participate in person or join via Toto’s Instagram account – @toto.lambert_kf – a partner at Knight Frank, the appointed sales agent for The Auria.

Markus Kendall-Young, Director of Sales and Marketing (London) at Catalyst, comments: “What makes this such a unique development is the community and culture it is becoming a part of. Portobello is famous across the world for its artistic offering, making it a hugely popular destination for Londoners as well as visitors to the city. We want to give residents a taste of the lifestyle they could enjoy with this taster yoga session, whilst celebrating one of the Royal Borough’s famed green spaces – something which will no doubt become central to anyone moving into a new apartment at The Park Edition at The Auria.”

Apartments in The Park Edition at The Auria feature flexible open-plan living spaces with contemporary handleless kitchens with integrated Neff appliances and sleek Silestone worktops. Private outdoor space accompanies every apartment, with either a balcony, terrace or garden – perfect for taking in views of Athlone Gardens.

As well as Portobello Road, residents are a stone’s throw from Golborne Road, with its treasure trove of antique shops, restaurants and cafes. Into Notting Hill, residents can explore the vast array of shops, bars and market stalls that characterise the neighbourhood, and popular local haunts such as the Electric Cinema. Residents can also walk to Paddington Canal in just 10 minutes, where a canal path leads strollers down to Little Venice.

Both Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park tube stations are a 10-minute walk away, connecting residents to the Hammersmith and Circle tube lines, with a journey time of just five minutes to Paddington rail station.

Pricing for one and two-bedroom apartments start from £675,000.
