Celebrate Anti-Valentine’s Day with temper
Looking to steer clear from lovey-dovey couples and romantic set menus this Valentine’s Day? then temper has you covered. From Monday 13th February – Saturday 18th February temper, the vibrant whole animal barbeque restaurant group in London have added two new dishes to their menu. Available across all restaurants the “Eat your Heart Out” and “Get Tongued” will ensure sparks fly, whether you are celebrating Valentine’s Day or not this 2023.
Guests can eat to their heart’s content whilst enjoying the “Eat your Heart Out” (£14) dish, which features mouthwatering ox hearts marinated in mild and fruity aji panca chilli which is then cooked over an open fire as an Peruvian-style anticucho skewer. The dish is served alongside a peanut and aji Amarillo sauce, giant corn, baby potatoes and burnt sweet romaine lettuce.
Guests can also enjoy the “Get Tongued” (£12) special, which features tender cubes of ox tongue, pepped up with a sweet and smoky and punchy green sauce. The ox tongue is then topped with crispy shallots and served on specially-made black corn tortillas for guests to enjoy.
