Celebrate Diwali with InterContinental London Park Lane x Arbinder Singh Dugal
Celebrate life, love and the Hindu festival of light in the luxurious surroundings of InterContinental London Park Lane at a spectacular one-night-only Diwali dinner. Taking place on Thursday 24th October, Executive Chef Lalit Kumar will partner with MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist, Arbinder Singh Dugal, for an Indian five-course tasting dinner with optional wine pairings.
Fusing traditional Indian spices and flavours with modern culinary techniques, expect elevated festival dishes such as Masala dahi panna cotta served with Bhalla dressed chutney and potato Idiyappam; Kashmiri chilli rump of lamb and lamb shoulder or Malai Paneer Pie, both served with black garlic chutney, mint espuma, shiitake yakhni and a morel & saffron pulao. For a sweet finish, scoop and savour the aamras and churan sorbet coated with mukhwas dust. The evening will also feature a meet and greet with both chefs.
