Made with a sourdough base, a deep and crunchy crust and generous toppings, all Crosta & Mollica pizzas are created with the desire and dedication to bring authentic and restaurant-quality Italian food to the UK. The extensive range of delicious sourdough pizzas include household favourites such as Stromboli with Pepperoni & Spicy Salami, the timeless Italian icon, the Margherita, as well as vegan and gluten-free options with no compromise on quality or taste.

All Crosta & Mollica pizzas are made in Italy by artisan bakers. The dough is proven slowly for 24 hours using a natural yeast ‘mother dough’ starter (‘Lievito Madre’ in Italian) to make it light and tasty before the bakers wood-fire every base at 400c on lava stone from Mount Etna. In the heat, the crusts rise, blister and char in authentic pizzeria fashion. Carefully sourced and selected toppings are then added by hand.

The Crosta & Mollica Sourdough Pizza range is available in major supermarkets nationwide, with pizzas in both the chilled and frozen aisles from RRP: £5.25, with a selection of different toppings. Selected pizzas are also offered in smaller ‘pizzetta’ packs of 2 from RRP: £5.25 and single-serve Pinsa Roman pizza portions from RRP: £3.50.

A truly iconic creation, the Margherita is a delicious celebration of simple, exceptional ingredients. Crosta & Mollica’s version is made by artisan bakers, who hand-top each wood-fired sourdough base with a classic pizzeria recipe tomato sauce, creamy Italian Fior di Latte mozzarella, a little patiently-aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese – and a finishing sprinkle of Sicilian oregano. Pizza Base

Stromboli: Calabrese & Ventricina salami and spicy pepperoni
A smoky, spicy celebration of delicious southern and central Italian ingredients, the Stromboli pizza takes Crosta & Mollica’s signature slow-proved, wood-fired sourdough base topped with a simple tomato sauce, creamy Fior di Latte mozzarella, smoky Ventricina and peppery Calabrese salamis, and hand-crumbled Pepperoni – before a finishing sprinkle of chilli flakes. Fiorentina
A delicious celebration of fresh, authentic Tuscan ingredients, big and small. Crosta & Mollica’s take on the Fiorentina pizza is made by artisan bakers, who hand-top the wood-fired sourdough base with a creamy ‘bianco’ sauce, Fior di Latte mozzarella, grilled Italian mushrooms, and fresh spinach lightly sautéed in onion, garlic and chilli. Regina
A pizza made for royalty, La Regina (or Queen in English) is an evolution of the famous Margherita pizza. The iconic creation is topped with creamy mascarpone sauce, a handful of grilled Italian mushrooms and prosciutto cotto ham, all delicately balanced for the ultimate indulgence. Vedure
A celebration of the Italian kitchen garden, Starting with a tomato and caramelised onion sauce base, we scatter artichokes, lightly grilled peppers and courgettes, vibrant red onion and salty-sweet Taggiasca olives, before finishing with a fresh basil sauce. Available to purchase chilled.

Gluten Free Margherita
Foregoing substitutes and imitations, Crosta & Mollica’s gluten-free dough uses proper wheat flour, extracting the gluten to make it suitable for coeliac diets. The result is a light, fluffy texture that makes this alternative pizza almost indistinguishable from a traditional one.
